Drug Adverse Reaction Target

An adverse drug reaction (ADR) often results from interaction of a drug or its metabolites with specific protein targets important in normal cellular function. There is a database that provide information for the drug adverse reaction target. You can check it here

Once you click the link, you'll see the database. Now, if you not sure what to do, you can click the 'here' button and read the descriptions.

Then, you may search the information that you needed. For example, I searched for amnesia adverse effect.

Choose your target name. For example, platelet activating factor receptor.

Platelet-activating factor (PAF, 1-O-alkyl-2-acetyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine) is a biologically active phospholipid mediator, potent inflammatory, smooth-muscle contractile and hypotensive activity. Seems to mediate its action via a G protein that activates a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system
